Work With Real Hydraulic Valves And Pumps In A Lab Environment
Most industrial hydraulics systems use electro-proportional hydraulic valves in open or closed process loop for the control of actuator position, velocity, force, pressure or a combination of these. Students attending this advanced seminar learn how to design hydraulic control circuits using electronically controlled valves, how to select valves for the requirements of the control function and for the dynamic and accuracy needs of the process and how to properly evaluate load characteristics. In addition, students learn about the different electronic controls for PID and their possible application. This seminar provides students with an in-depth consideration of natural frequency. This training is particularly useful for plant engineering personnel, controls engineers and plant personnel tasked with machine or system upgrades and improvements.
Prerequisite: PIH & UPS or consent of the instructor.
